Good morning friends! It’s Monday let’s kill this week 💪🏽 Try to include exercise in your day. I promise you will feel amazing after you are done 🏋🏽‍♀️ For me today I’m going to start with sprint workouts so @1stphorm Megawattv2 was necessary! Its by far the best pre-workout I have ever had. It doesn’t give me any jitters and it makes me extremely focused in my workouts. If you ever need an extra boost of energy to get through your workouts they have so many delicious flavors to choose from! Here is one of my go to Sprint workouts. 💪🏽💖 Treadmill 7% incline Warm up walk 3-5min Start this circuit: 1min run- hop off 30sec rest 1x 30sec sprint-hop off 30sec rest 2x 15sec sprint- hop off 15sec rest 4x Repeat entire circuit 4-5x

Happy hump day amigos! Make sure whenever you step into the gym you give it your all! For me, I’m always trying to up the weight every week even if it’s by adding 2.5lbs to each side. Don’t be scared of weight ladies it won’t make you look “manly”! Since I’ve been going to the gym 6 days a week as well as hitting two sets of cardio a day I’m constantly sipping on @1stphorm ‘s BCAA.
